Alanya Home Service was created to give homeowners and property owners one reliable point of contact for cleaning, maintenance, repairs, renovation support and everyday property care in Alanya.
My name is Aydın Dingil. For around 16 years, I worked alongside my uncle, who has been active in the construction business in Alanya. Growing up professionally in this environment gave me practical experience that goes far beyond simply knowing how a building is constructed. Over the years, I learned how homes age, where maintenance needs commonly appear, how repair and renovation work should be approached, how different materials and applications behave, and what owners need when a property is prepared, maintained or handed over. My 16 years of experience across construction, repairs, renovation and real estate form the practical foundation of Alanya Home Service today.
One thing became very clear to me during those years: homeowners need someone they can actually reach and trust to follow a job from beginning to end. This is particularly important in Alanya, where many property owners live in another city or abroad for much of the year. Organising a small repair, cleaning visit, property check or renovation remotely can quickly become complicated when several different people have to be contacted. I started Alanya Home Service with the idea of making that process simpler and giving customers a dependable local contact for different property needs.
Our services include home and villa cleaning, holiday-home and Airbnb preparation, air-conditioning cleaning and maintenance, plumbing and electrical support, painting and minor renovation, furniture assembly, pool and garden care, key holding and periodic property checks. We do not believe every property should be treated in exactly the same way. We first try to understand the condition of the home and what the customer genuinely needs. Clear scope, practical planning and informing the customer before additional work is carried out are important parts of the way we work.
